'Puget Sound Thunder'

 Off we went, around Wallace point, through Swanson Channel, past North Pender Island, and Prevost Island, past lots of interesting places, until we came to Saltspring Island and Ganges. We met up with Ray and Nancy, aboard 'Puget Sound Thunder', a total custom 28' Tollycraft, and continued our adventure.

 I don't know the boat, but I liked the name.

Ganges is a great little town. Lots of artsy-craftsy shops and coffee houses and a super fish market. With fresh salmon on the BBQ, life is pretty sweet !!

All too soon, Thursday evaporated and is was time to head toward Genoa Bay.

A person could explore for years and not see it all; this might be Russell Island A smaller version of the BC ferries Isabella Point
