I was amazed at the minimalist construction using a small diameter tube frame and aluminum panels. Paul's wife Susan was racing a 1959 Austin Healey Sprite. When it comes to the Porsche crowd, Denny Aker was surrounded by 356ers. He was so busy.....and yet he had time for everyone; even spectators like my neighbor and me. I have no idea how he found time to enjoy driving the 1953 Pooper.
